Their passion for strengthening and Building Capacities of the networks/CBOs and Young Champions is evident in their achievements, where they demonstrated their skills to build capacities of the CBOs, Young Champions, and Community-led Advocacy to work on issues at the gross root level work i.e. organizational development, communications, outreach, monitoring & evaluation, Research, Data Based Advocacy, Youth-led Organizations, etc.

About Aman Shukla’s Organizational exposure, they are a Core Group Member in the India Working Group for Health Advocacy in India (IWG), a Working Committee member of the Global Coalition of TB Advocates (GCTA)- TPT4India, and a Key and Vulnerable Populations constituency of the - Stop TB Partnership Board Also they are Member of the Board – TWEET (Transgender Welfare Equity & Empowerment Trust) Foundation a Trans and Gender Diverse and Young people led organization.
